Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and responsible Store Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electric bike products, helping consumers choose an environmentally friendly transportation option. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our company’s mission: to encourage the adoption of green mobility and contribute to the development of a zero-emission future.

Salary:
$43.50 per hour, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Oversee daily store operations by managing all aspects of retail activities, including inventory control, product merchandising, and customer service, ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies;
• Lead and develop the sales team by assigning responsibilities, providing training and guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of sales targets;
• Analyze market trends and consumer demand by reviewing customer preferences and competitor activities to optimize product selection and maximize sales opportunities;
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase store traffic, improve customer engagement, and promote electric bikes as a sustainable transportation alternative;
• Coordinate inventory planning and merchandising by maintaining appropriate stock levels and communicating regularly with the executive management team regarding inventory needs, product performance, and sales trends;
• Oversee financial performance by planning budgets, controlling expenses, and monitoring revenues to ensure profitability;
• Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and continuously improving the overall customer experience;
• Manage staffing and employee development including recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention to build an effective and motivated team;
• Collaborate with internal departments to strengthen brand presence, coordinate promotional activities, and support overall business growth.

Qualifications:
• Completion of a college diploma or equivalent work experience;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or retail management in electric mobility or related industries;
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise staff and drive sales performance;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and senior management;
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer demand to support business decisions;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Language:
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
