1211130 BC Ltd DBA Pharmasave Stuart Lake Pharmacy in Fort St. James is looking for Full-time positions for 2 Pharmacy Assistants to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Location: Unit 14 – 470 W. Stuart Dr, Fort St. James, BC V0J 1P0
Positions Available: 2 (Two)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $20 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week.
Terms: Full-Time
Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting licensed pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications
Receiving, verifying, and entering prescriptions into the pharmacy management system
Maintaining accurate patient medication records and profiles
Compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams
Managing inventory, ordering stock, checking expiry dates, and storing medications properly
Processing billing transactions and insurance claims
Providing customer service and responding to patient inquiries in person and by phone
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment

Skills and Education:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Employment: 1 to less than 7 months
