Job Description

About the Role

Our child attends school, therapy appointments, educational programming, and community activities. The caregiver will provide support across these environments as required.

Additionally, our son is a large, heavy build (approx 120 lbs and growing) who requires someone able to safely assist him in moments of physical escalation, as well as gross motor and sports development, such as beginner swimming, biking, and other recreational activities.

For this role we are ideally also seeking a fluent Spanish speaker who can continue to foster the learning and development of Spanish-language education in our son, whose birth family and heritage is Salvadoran. The ideal caregiver will be asked to speak Spanish to our son on a regular and daily basis, and encourage his use of Spanish in response, including correcting grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
