Boston Pizza (Merritt, BC) is looking for a Full-Time Kitchen Manager (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position, minimum 30-40 hours per week, $20.15/hour, tips additional.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish kitchen work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service
• Language in the workplace is English
