Position: Field Supervisor (NOC 62029) / Security guard supervisor

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
•supervise, coordinate, assign and review the daily work of security guards at the assigned site.
•Prepare work schedules, arrange shift coverage, identify trained replacement staff and, when necessary, temporarily perform security guard duties to prevent an uncovered shift.
•Assist clients/guests with special needs
•Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
•Prepare and submit progress and other reports
•Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
•Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
