Benefits: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave per year

Duties and Responsibilities
• Till soil, plant seedlings, and cultivate crops.
• Water crops, remove weeds from the field.
• Identify disease and health problems in crops.
• Examine the quality of produce.
• Sort and grade produce for market.
• Clean greenhouse and work area.
• Harvest vegetables by hand.
Requirements and Personal Suitability
• Be able to handle heavy loads
• Be used to bending, crouching, and long-time standing
• Organized and a good team player

Work Experience

• Experience an asset
