Job Description

Wanbon Foods is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our processing team as Industrial Meat Cutter.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect meat products for defects and bruises; remove them along with any excess fat
• Separate meat and by-products into specific containers
• Clean, trim, slice and section carcasses for future processing
• Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, and other equipment to perform cutting and trimming
• Process meat products following safety guidelines
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in poultry processing or similar work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling repetitive tasks
• Team player with strong attention to detail
