Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support digital marketing activities across multiple online platforms, including social media and content distribution channels
• Manage and maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcasts, blogs, and other digital channels
• Coordinate social media and digital content related to financial services, investment platforms, trading-related products, and financial market education
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing digital content aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at promoting online platforms operating in financial and investment-related sectors
• Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns targeting audiences interested in finance, trading, and investment-related services
• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data using standard analytical and reporting tools
• Prepare performance summaries and basic analytical reports to support marketing decisions
• Assist in developing digital campaigns that contribute to broader business and marketing objectives
• Conduct basic market research and audience analysis related to financial services and investment-focused platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency between marketing activities, platform features, and service offerings
• Support online sales and lead generation initiatives through digital and social media channels
• Monitor trends related to digital marketing, social media engagement, and communications within the financial sector
• Ensure that all marketing content complies with company policies, platform guidelines, and applicable advertising standards
Qualifications
• College diploma is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, online sales, or marketing coordination
• Confirmed experience working with international or multicultural clients
• Working knowledge of major digital and social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcasts, blogs, and other online platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to digital and social media marketing
• Ability to communicate effectively with multicultural audiences through social media and digital channels
• Experience coordinating or assisting with paid social media advertising campaigns on major platforms
• Ability to demonstrate how social and digital marketing campaigns support broader business and marketing objectives
• Ability to collect, interpret, and report data using standard analytical and reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
