•Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time (40–44 hours/week)
•Wage: $25.64/hour (plus tips – floor manager tip-out based on sales; approximately $5–$10/hour)
•Overtime: As per Alberta Employment Standards (overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week)
•Vacation Pay: 4% of gross wages
•Benefits: Optional group benefits available (employee-paid payroll deductions)
•Schedule: Evenings and late nights; typically 5 shifts/week (approx. 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM), including weekends/holidays

Job Description

•Supervise and coordinate dining room service to ensure consistent guest experience, service standards, and workflow efficiency
•Lead, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff; monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback
•Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shift coverage to meet operational needs
•Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; implement service recovery and ensure recurring issues are addressed
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor service requirements; conduct pre-shift briefings and ongoing floor checks
•Support hiring, onboarding, and training for front-of-house roles; maintain training records and standards
•Coordinate with kitchen leadership to manage pacing, large parties, and peak-volume service periods
•Oversee closing procedures (cash-outs, cleanliness, security checks) and ensure readiness for next-day operations
•Maintain logs and reports (incidents, maintenance requests, staffing issues) and communicate priorities to management
