Duties and Responsibilities
-Clean and sanitize stainless steel trays and food contact surfaces using designated cleaning tools and food-safe solutions
-Load fruits and prepared ingredients onto trays with consistent spacing for uniform drying results
-Operate and monitor manual equipment such as rolling racks, trolleys, and chamber door latches safely and efficiently
-Perform basic quality checks by visually inspecting products for dryness, color, or damage
-Weigh and portion dried products accurately before packaging, following pre-set weight guidelines
-Assemble and seal product packaging using heat sealers or zip-lock mechanisms
-Maintain cleanliness of the production area including floors, workstations, and machinery, following sanitation schedules
-Follow safety and hygiene protocols such as wearing gloves, hairnets, and proper footwear during shifts
