We have an opening for a Food Service Supervisor for our restaurant “ 13703703 Canada Inc “ O/A “Red Swan Pizza” located at 213 - 2750 Faithfull Ave, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7K 6M6. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person.
Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC Code 62020)

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Certificate or Diploma
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Duties:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
