Job Details

Job Duties:
• Administer bedside and personal care, including assistance with ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and undressing
• Perform routine health-related tasks, such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting with medication administration, and collecting specimens
• Plan and prepare meals, including special diets, and assist in feeding when necessary
• Carry out light housekeeping duties, including laundry, washing dishes, and making beds
• Provide care and companionship for elderly family members during periods of incapacitation, convalescence, or family disruption

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education is required
• Valid First Aid certification is required
• Related caregiving experience is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset
• Completion of a training program in elderly care is considered an asset
