Job Title: Butcher – retail or wholesale

Salary/Wage: 24.00 to 28.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
