Experience
• Experience an asset, but not required – open to training inexperienced candidates
• Experience in seafood lobster/fish meat handling is a strong asset
Work setting
• Restaurant in a rural/remote location (Pokemouche, NB)
• No public transportation available – own transportation required
• Seafood retail and kitchen environment
Tasks
• Prepare and cook seafood and related dishes (lobster, fish, etc.)
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Support kitchen operations as needed
• Suggest seasonal menu items using locally available seafood
