Job Details

Prepare the food ingredients as requested. Ensure all vegetables and meats are fresh. Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables. Help in unloading and checking food deliveries. Load and unload the dishwasher. Wash dishes and utensils. Clean the kitchen station at all times. Sweep and mop the kitchen floor. Make sure kitchen equipment is well cleaned after use. Other duties as assigned. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast paced environment, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended period of time. Will train; previous experience/good understanding of Asian/Japanese Cuisine will be an asset. Team player; Reliability. Flexible work hours: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning, TBD.
