Job Details

Prepare food ingredients as requested. Ensure vegetables and meats are fresh. Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables. Help unload and check food deliveries. Load and unload the dishwasher, wash dishes and utensils, clean the kitchen station, sweep and mop the kitchen floor, and ensure kitchen equipment is well cleaned after use. Fast-paced, physically demanding work with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Will train; previous experience or good understanding of Asian/Japanese cuisine is an asset. Flexible hours: day, evening, night, weekend, shift and morning.
