Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare the food ingredients as requested
Ensure all the vegetables and meats are fresh
Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables
Help in unloading and check the food deliveries
Load and unload the dishwasher
Wash the dishes and utensils
Clean the kitchen station all the time
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor
Make sure the kitchen equipment are well cleaned after use
Other duties as assigned
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast paced environment, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended period of time
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Will train; Previous experience/good understanding of Asian/Japanese Cuisine will be an asset
Team player; Reliability
Flexible work hours: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning, TBD
