Business Information: We provide specialized cleaning services to the agricultural industry. We wash barns (poultry, swine, dairy)

Work location: Rod & Evy Wiebe, Grunthal, MB R0A 0R0 and various locations across Manitoba.
Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent

Job Description:
Operate cleaning machines
Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
Provide basic information on facilities
Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Drive vehicles to different areas
Clean and disinfect barns
Use a pressure washing system to clean either barns or trucks.
Requirements:
-Education: Not required
-Experience: Not required
-On-the-job training will be provided.
-Valid driver's license is required
-Experience using a pressure washing system is a strong asset
-Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods, Overtime.
-Personal suitability: Client focus; Accurate; Judgment; Team player; Organized.
-Language: English is required.
Salary: $19.76 hourly. 30 – 52.50 Hours per week.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision care benefits are provided. Transportation costs covered if worker needs to relocate. Mileage paid and vehicle supplied by employer for work related tasks only.
Important information
Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. (It includes two breaks of 30 minutes each - one paid and one unpaid). Work on Saturdays may be required depending on the business’ needs. If work on Saturdays is needed, the employee will be entitled to one break of 30 minutes each (unpaid) every 5 hours of consecutive work. *We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week during the winter*
