Duties & Responsibilities

·      Prepare and organizepaperwork and other materials as needed for meetings, new hires and expense reports.

·      Maintain office scheduling and event calendars

·      Compose, type, distribute daily reports and routine correspondences.

·      Collect and coordinate the flow of internal and external information

·      Manage office equipment and office space

·      Establish the administrative work procedures for tracking staff’s daily tasks

·      Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

·      Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

·      Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recorded information, updated paperwork, or maintain documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.

Skills Requirement:

  • Completion of secondary school is usually required.
  • Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.

·     Bachelor’s Degree is an asset.
