Hiro Landscaping Ltd. located at 137 Millard Avenue, Stouffville, Ontario is looking for a Landscape Labourer for; $17.00 per hour for 40.0 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (May - December)
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of one year of experience in general landscaping
Basic English ability is required.
Completion of secondary school is required.
Valid Driver’s licence is required.
Knowledge and technique in Japanese “Zen” and Japanese Rock Garden landscaping is an asset
Job Duties:
Move soil, equipment and materials, digs holes, and performs related duties.
Operate small engine equipment such as; mowers, chain-saws and bob-cats.
Builds forms for concrete borders, using lumber, hammer, and nails.
Mix and pour cement for garden borders
Places decorative stones and plants flowers in garden areas
Install rock gardens, ponds, decks, drainage systems, irrigation systems, retaining walls, fences or planters
Complete finishing duties to complete the landscape project
Work Setting: Outdoors at client’s private residence (various locations in GTA)
Special condition:
Provide the relocation costs and assist the worker with accommodation (if applicable)
Provide health insurance at no cost until such time as the worker is eligible for applicable provincial health insurance (if applicable)
Provide Workplace Safety Insurance (Worker's Compensation)
