Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Support company-wide IT/IS activities and business projects
• engage with clients and stakeholders to identify business requirements, establish value streams for the development of software solutions
• Support businesses through SDLC – software development lifecycle, change management and deployment of new business applications
• Assist in the preparation of end-user training manuals and workshops
• Support the development of workflows, business roadmaps and detailed processes
• forecast budgets, track cost centres and prepare progress reports
• Engage with vendors, negotiate agreements and administer contracts
• Provide support to the company’s management team and participate in Sprint review meetings.
