Salary: $25.00 – $30.00/Hourly for 40 hours a week
Overtime as per BC labor laws
Minimum Education: Diploma, Certificate, or Equivalent

Requirements
-Completion of secondary school & a university degree or college diploma in
business or public administration
-Experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration
-Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Strong
organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
-Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
-Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
-Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to contracting and project planning and management processes
-Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and
correspondence
