Duties- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. ensure food meet the quality standards, Prepare food order summary, Attend & resolve customer complaints arising out of food service, Maintain & Supervise the standard of quality & proper food service, record waste and food supply during the shift, train staff in job duties, make work schedules, make report to management etc.
Experience- 1+yrs related food industry experience is required. Education- Program related to hospitality management would be an asset. Must be available weekday, evenings, weekends and night. Wages would be $18.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay. Minimum work of 40hrs per week. Language- English but Punjabi an asset.
