Employment Requirement:

 

·         Completion of Secondary School is required.

·         Completion of some university degree or college diploma in hospitality or related field.

OR

At least 2 years of experience in related working atmosphere is required

Job Description

                    Management of the staff, planning, directing and assigning duties to them

                    Ensure that Hotel is well-run and well-maintained.

                    Planning the budgets and approve expenditures.

                    Resolve any issues that may arise like customer complaints and escalations

                    Preparing documents like cost reports, sales and inventory

                    Determine staffing and training needs and Prepare schedules accordingly.

                    May have to negotiate with clients and suppliers for food and other supplies

                    Other duties as requested by management.

                    Follow policy and procedures and adhere to company standards
